Occasionally, i second shoot for one or two good friends. The beauty of being a second shooter ( and one of the reasons i get taken) is that for the second shooter the pressure is off and creativity can prevail. As primary shooter, you are fully focused on the bride and groom, with only peripheral attention to those outside the wedding party and the details of the event. A second shooter can do this.
Towards the end of the beach shoot, after another dance with the weather gods, we were blessed with the most spectacular sun lit sky with every shade of burnt orange. I started to shoot over my friends shoulder a with a different lens set up but i took a different perspective and started to shoot the shoot with this spectacular backdrop.
